Who Is Katie Hunt?
Katie Hunt is a South Florida wallcovering installer and the owner of Katie’s Wallpaper Installation. Her work has appeared on HGTV’s Property Brothers and Holmes on Homes, and she presents a live wallpaper demonstration and Q&A on the Home Design Stage at the Fort Lauderdale Home Show, Friday and Saturday, September 4–5, 2026, at the Broward County Convention Center.
Wallpaper is having a moment again, and the difference between a feature wall that looks custom and one that looks like a weekend project comes down almost entirely to the install. Katie has built her business on that difference: precise measuring, careful trimming, and pattern matching that lands seam after seam.
Her company, Katie’s Wallpaper Installation, specializes in custom trim work and precision panel placement — including 3D laser mapping to plan a layout before the first strip goes up — for homes across Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Miami, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach.
